Sharp Outdoors, LLC began as the parent company to BrushPile Jigs, but changed directions when the opportunity arose to create a brick-and-mortar bait and tackle store located in the Soybean Capital Of The World, Decatur, Illinois. Opening in April of 2020 during the middle of a pandemic certainly had it's challenges. With most venues for entertainment, children's sports activities, various other events closed or postponed,  and many working remotely, Americans took to the great outdoors. Sharp Outdoors, LLC was happy to provide them with their bait and tackle needs and we loved watching the next generation fall in love with the sport of fishing. A need quickly arose for those not able to travel to the midwest and our online store was born.
